Hammond Oregon

Large 1905 Officers Home (duplex) near Fort Stevens on the northern Oregon coast. Minutes from the Columbia River and Pacific Ocean. The history and adventures in the area are second to none. You will live on one side of the duplex offering 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, living, dining, and kitchen, plus a private office. Amazing porch to view the local elk population in the parade grounds and sunsets. Peace and quiet to reset!
My sister and her husband live on the other side of the duplex. We do have an Airbnb on the top floor with its own private entrance that will not be available for any rentals during our time away.
We have 1 cat (Coco) who is 9 years old and a little skittish but a love. Loves to sit on laps during evening TV hour.
We have house plants to water. You are also welcome to keep our feathered friends happy by refilling the hummingbird and bird feeders on the porch.
Winter can be stormy on the coast with lots of rain but nothing rain boots and jackets can't deal with.
Ideally this house sit would be for a couple/partners/etc as the big house can get a little lonely when you are by yourself.
