Fort Collins Colorado

4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in quiet neighborhood in the college town of Fort Collins and a 1 hour drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. Good neighbors to assist with any issues that arise. House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground level with kitchen, dining, family room combination with island. There is also a laundry room with a wash and dryer. The basement has wet bar, pool table, home theater, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a covered patio including a picnic table, smoker, grill, refrigerator, firepit and natural Colorado landscaping with a dry creek bed, stone bridge and an expansive view of the prairie dog field. There is room for 2 cars in the garage.

Responsibilities include taking care of our 4 year old - 75 lb dog, including 2 feedings/day, 2 walks/day, and as much time together as possible. He loves people. Since it's winter, we just need checking for mail every 2-3 days and watering houseplants.

There is a significant amount of home automation - instructions will be included but a walk-through would be helpful a few days prior to our departure in February . You are welcome to live in the house with us prior to our departure so that you can learn the systems. While we have listed the bedroom and bath in the master suite, we would appreciate if these were not used during your stay. We would like to have these remain unused unless otherwise agreed.
