We're a globe-trotting couple wintering in Arizona. We have overseas travel planned for January 2024. Our 35-lb. schnoodle, Dot, requires loving care & attention. She is a healthy & characterful 5 year old who enjoys neighborhood walks & lounging in the sunny backyard while keeping her eye out for resident lizards, Our home, in a beautiful, gated adult community centered around a golf course, takes care of itself. It is recently remodeled, with a comfortable guest bedroom & full bath with tub & shower. The east-facing backyard located on the 5th fairway will have you enjoying the birds, including Cactus Wrens nesting in the chollas. As a guest, you will have access to a pool, gym & a beautiful restaurant where you can enjoy beautiful mountain views from the outdoor seating areas. The amazing golf course is also available to you. Hiking the Tortolitas is a 5-minute drive away. Tucson is an easy 20-minute drive away.
