SaM Devine and David Nelson.
We are available for short and long term assignments. We allow you to leave your loved dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, and birds in trusted and capable hands. You will be welcomed home to a clean, well-ordered house and greeted by happy, well cared for pets.

We are a mature, responsible, and financially stable couple. We are both nonsmokers and nondrug users. We maintain a healthy and active lifestyle which has paid off.

We are Covid compliant. Our vaccination certificates are posted in the picture section.

We enjoy sailing, traveling, hiking/walking, reading, attending concerts, and visiting museums. David just loves to cook and we both search for new and different regional and ethnic dishes.

As you will soon observe, we love animals and miss having a dog. While sailing, we didn't have a dog or a cat aboard, because we felt they deserve more space. Now we truly enjoy spoiling other people's animals.
There is so much to see and learn. We are fascinated with traveling and exploring. House sitting allows us to travel with time enough to discover local culture.

We sailed the Pacific coast of Mexico and Central America for 10 years. Now it's time to broaden our horizons and enjoy other continents. Our flexibility and openness is reflected in the cruiser's saying:

"Our plans are written in the sand at low tide."

That philosophy has lead us to house/pet sits in Lake Chapala, State of Jalisco, Mexico, California, USA and more recently we spent 9 months in Australia and New Zealand .
