We are a couple that work and live well together, and are looking for a rewarding way to help others.
We have been homeowners together for over 30 years. We love working together - taking care of things is just what we do! Value Add!
We have traveled and taken care of properties ( and animals) from MN to TN to AZ to Alaska to Puerto Rico and more.....*********NOTE- have cat allergies, so no indoor cat sitting.********
Some friends told us about 'House Sitting' and we thought we would be a great fit for this type of 'adventure'! We have been doing Property Management and house/ animal sitting, for the past 8 years! The idea of being able to help you out as you need someone to care for your home and possibly pets really seems like a great fit for us at this time in our lives. Janet Is a retired Captain on our volunteer fire and rescue department and has worked in healthcare and we both really enjoy serving and helping others! Todd has been in customer service and sales for over 30 years!

Janet and Todd were the best house sitters we have had, bar none!!
The house was spotless when we got home and our babies were well cared for with excellent communication and photos sent to us to ensure they were being lovingly cared for. If we could give them a 10, we would without a doubt.
Janet and Todd truly exceeded expectations with their remarkable care for Moo and their invaluable assistance and education about my ventless drier. Moo is a foster fail that I’ve had for less than a year and he quickly got more comfortable with J&T than with most other people. I returned home to a happy and clearly very loved on pup!

Todd and Janet took excellent care of our dogs and house. Communication was excellent. They sent pictures and made phone calls. The dogs were happy with them. I recommend them 100%.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Todd and Janet took impeccable care of our home. Our two labs loved spending time with them, and improved their behavior with some light training. Todd and Janet were above "5 star" housesitters. They were outstanding on so many levels. Not only did they provide excellent care for my senior dog and look carefully after my home, they 'value added' in so many ways. They asked for a list of 'chores' they could do--I never dreamed they'd accomplish so so much! They trimmed brush, re-glued my dining room chairs, raked and blew 2 years worth of leaves from around my house. Fixed a shower leak, re-leveled my washing machine so it doesn't march ... MORE
Todd and Janet were fantastic housesitters. They took care of the house and left it in beautiful condition. Everything was clean and in its place.I'm picky so it takes a lot to impress me. They also gave us updates throughout their stay. Great couple that I would love to house sit again.
We needed sitters for one of our dogs and the farm (and a duck!), but also needed flexibility as our plans were not firm. Todd and Janet were able to meet our needs as they were flexible, easy to work with, and are good at communicating. They provided great care for both our dog and house/property and we enjoyed their company. It ended up being a pretty short sit, but seemed to work out well for all of us.
