Wayne is retired from the Post Office, Debbie retired as a secretary at a medical center. We are both former dog, cat, chicken, cattle, horse, and assorted farm animal owners. We both have construction and property management experience. We are writers and have books for sale on Amazon.com. We are experienced house and pet sitters. To date, our reviews are on TrustedHouseSitters.com (5 star rating) We are careful travelers with respect to our safety, as well as that of our hosts.

Wayne & Debbie are great sitters. They took my sit with late notice and were very accommodating with my travel. They took excellent care of my dogs, walked them multiple times per day, and sent nice updates. This nice couple made everything about the process very easy and enjoyable by taking care of the house and leaving it very clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wayne and Debbie were perfect house sitters. Communication was quick and easy. From the beginning we felt comfortable they would come when they said they would and take good care of our two dogs, and that's exactly what happened. The house was immaculate on our return. Just before we left we broke one of our toilets. They fixed it while we were gone, and then refused to accept payment for the fix, which required some spare parts. I just wish we had had the time to get to know them ... MORE

Rick and Phyllis were perfect hosts, very nice people. Gracie and Sweet Pea were hilariously fun to watch and play with. They are both well-trained and fiercely obedient. The house was clean and comfortable. This is a five star sit and we would love to return.
What a great team Debbie & Wayne are! Most importantly, my three dogs were well & lovingly taken care of. Also, the house was clean & orderly on our return. I would hope they are available & willing to return when we next travel!

We humbly thank Kitty for her kind words. She was a very helpful host - generous, flexible and easy to communicate with. The dogs were sweet, well-behaved and very friendly. The house is rural but close to the city - easy to make day trips from.
