I am based out of Washington State on the Olympic Peninsula but have house sat in Northern CA, Soutern OR, Denver CO & Chicago. I have a standing house sitting assignment on the Olympic Peninsula but am free from Dec to May.

I am 67, quiet, NS, single, retired professional, fit, trustworthy, reliable and flexible. I approach all house and pet sitting assignments with attention to detail, organized and thorough. I was an Executive in Logistics & Project Management for over 30 years and apply my project skills to all assignments. My hobbies include cycling, gardening, cooking and photography.

I am comfortable working in and out of the house which includes pet sitting, laundry, cleaning, vacuuming, yard work, gardening, pet yard waste removal, mowing, snow removal, garbage removal and I am in good physical condition.

I am comfortable around dogs, cats, chickens and other animals. and I have a good command of handling pets. I also have my own reliable transportation.

Bill watched my cat, Sharky, and home for 3 weeks. He was very communicative and proactive. There was issues with the dishwasher and leak in the bathroom, he let me know about immediately and took care of. He sent many photos of Sharky and bought toys to play with her. Bill left the house clean. He also went above and beyond to pick/drop me off at the airport. I come home not feeling well. Before he left, Bill made sure I had vitamins and food in the fridge. Will Barrett took care of our house and our cat, Olivia, for almost two months. Olivia is a timid cat, but it took little time before she was playing with Will and sleeping on his bed. He was great at sending me videos of her playing or basking in the sun. The house was well taken care of and very clean, the garden was blooming and the cat was happy when we arrived home. William was house/petsitting for two months in my home while I was out of the country. I have two elderly dachshunds and they were both well cared for and happy when I returned home. My home was cleaner when I got back than when I left, and William had made some thoughtful efforts to meet my little friends' special needs. He also texted photos and updates regularly.
