I am currently working from home and I also teach yoga online.
During 2018 I did a lot of house sitting through word of mouth while I was temporarily staying with my parents. It wasn't a planned venture, but people continued to ask me to house sit via recommendations and now it has grown into a more permanent undertaking.
I love to travel the USA and have friends around the country. I am now in a position to expand my pet sitting to USA. While I am opened to house sits across the whole country, I don't do well in the cold and prefer to stay around the western and southern parts of your great country :) I am also somewhat afraid to stay alone in remote areas (I've seen too much true crime ha ha). Having said that, please get in touch if you think I'm a good match for your furry loved one.
I have a social life and do have a friend or two over sometimes but nothing excessive. As I am from Australia, it is unlikely I will know people in your town.

- I am experienced with house stuff in Australia, e.g I know how to reset the meter box, light the pilot light, change a light bulb or smoke alarm battery etc. I grew up in an old house and have lived in many share houses with weird and wonderful designs and systems.
*Disclaimer:
-I prefer not to sleep with cats who like to play, jump and sleep on me throughout the night. Like most people, I do not function well with disrupted sleeps.
- I am physically strong and stern with dogs when required however, I cannot manage a large dog with behavioural issues. I can only take on dog care or walking of dogs that are trained, particularly if they are a large dog.
- I am not a bahaviouralist and do not have the skills and knowledge to manage severe behavioural issues.
Eveline was great! I didn't have absolutely any problem. She was easy to communicate and caring. I could see through the photos and videos which she was sharing with me that my cats were happy and they liked her. When I came back, my house was clean and ready for me to move back. Highly recommend Eveline as a house and pet sitter :)
Eveline did a great job with our fussy spoiled chickens! The cats were happy when we got home too, so they were obviously well looked after while we were away. The house was lovely and clean.
Communication was excellent, a couple of issues during the 3 weeks were sorted easily.

Many grateful, heartfelt thanks to Eveline for sticking it out with my less-than-friendly cat Mango in my one bedroom apartment.
I had no idea Mango would react the way she did to having Eveline in the house.

Eveline did a great job, not easy with our elderly, deaf and
needy cat.
It was comforting to know she was being well looked after for nearly four weeks while we were overseas. She was alive and well when we got home thanks to Eveline and her care.
Eveline was absolutely amazing!! I could not have gone overseas if it wasn't for Eveline. She looked after the house but more importantly she looked after my old 'neurotic' and anxious little dog. Poor Eveline had to run him back and forth to the vets on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Eveline --she is a little gem!!
Eveline was an excellent house sitter. We had a couple of hiccups (our fault, not hers!) but Eveline took them in her stride and was very understanding. This was the first time Eveline had looked after our home and cats. Eveline and her friend were fantastic house sitters., we came back to 2 happy cats, plants and a spotless home .

Our house was left in excellent condition. Eveline even changed the sheets and left our bed ready to sleep in on our return.
Eveline house sat for us in 2021 for 7 months. I cannot fault her care for our property and her reliability while we were away. We came back to the house cleaner than when we left it! Everything was spotless. She also cared very lovingly for our elderly cat who sadly passed away from old age while we were away. Eveline has house sat for me a number of times. She always take good care of my cats and my house. She is very reliable and I highly recommend her.
Eve was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication before and during the housesit and kept me up to date on all things happening from weather, house and most of all looking after one very OCD Border Collie antics and one very nervous dog owner (me).

Eveline was a great house sitter for us. She kept the garden and house plants alive during a very hot few weeks, she sent us lots of videos and photos of our cat, which the kids loved! Eveline was a perfect choice for my two fur babies. Ruby, a nervous dachshund, was quick to be in her lap and looked very happy in all the photos Eveline sent. Brodie, my Birman cat, was equally happy in her company, and were appreciative that she was home more often than out. Eveline left our house extremely clean and tidy. I would recommend Eveline to everyone and really hope that when we go away again she will be available. We had a wonderful experience, we hated leaving our furry family member but he was so well taken care off, as was our home and Eveline was always available if we needed to communicate with her. I left the house in not the best state considering last minute packing, however on return Eveline had helped and it was nice to come home to a tidy house.
We have two cats and were constantly updated as to how they were going and receiving photos and videos of what they were up to (as unfortunately you cannot take your pets on every holiday!).

Eveline looked after our 2 dogs,, 2 guinea pigs and our home for 4weeks while we were overseas! Her communication with us was excellent, sending us photos of our dogs on and generally keeping us up to date. Our dogs are rescue dogs so were a little challenging but Eve managed to settle them and follow the routine which kept them happy.
