Swiss-Americans on a long trip

We are animal lovers traveling the world with our boy Robin (4.5y) and girl Jackie (3y). Experience with dogs, cats, birds, and lawn care, and quick learners for everything else. The kids are cautious and super sweet with animals. Guy can go running up to 30m per day with dogs if needed, but if they need more exercise than that it'll have to be fetch!

We are looking for a cost effective way to stay in the US for a couple of months before we go back to Switzerland to start Robin's kindergarten and go back (reluctantly) to a normal work life!
