We're Atma and John. We are two working professionals who enjoy the benefits of remote work and are interested in helping care for your incredible home! When we're not house sitting, we split our time between New Mexico & California.

Taking a trip and wanting your home looked after while you're gone? Whether it's caring for your loved pets, watering your plants, or just wanting a steady presence while you're away, we're here to help!

We love animals, the outdoors, and experiencing new places. House sitting is a fun way for us to get a little bit of all of those things while also providing a quality service tailored to meet your needs. As pet and plant parents, we know how stressful it can feel to be preparing for a trip while also finding quality care for your home. We hope we can help make things easier for you.

Correct dates were Feb 8 to Feb 22, 2023. Atma and John arrived 2 days early to get familiar with Big Bird and our home. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them. They quickly bonded with Big Bird and took excellent care of him as well as the house and watering the plants in our greenhouse. They also helped us with our travel connections by driving us to the bus terminal in Boulder on our departure and dropping off our car for our return. Although Atma was unavailable this time we were very pleased that John agreed to take care of our house and 2 mature cats. We discussed house and cat sitting instructions virtually and then John met us before our departure to reintroduce himself to Harry and Ginny. John's gave us regular updates and I could see in the photos how comfortable the cats were with him. His communication regarding house, plant and cat care was prompt and thorough. Atma and John are wonderful house and cat sitters and we would love for them to house sit again soon and recommend them to other folks. 1. Their communication is excellent. We met via zoom and in person before our travels to orient them to our kitties and house. Periodic updates throughout our travels were regular and thorough. 2. John and Atma were exemplary. They exceeded all our expectations, left a house cleaner then they found it and most importantly, took great care of the dog. They went above and beyond - Atma took us to the airport and they both met us there on our return. They even cleaned the ashes in the fireplace! We highly recommend John and Atma and you can leave your house and pets with complete confidence. We hope to have them back, which is the highest recommendation!

Atma and John took excellent care of my cat and my apartment while I was away. They were reliable, respectful and friendly, and very responsive in the planning process.
