Excellent communication, kind, dependable, and sent me pics of my cat each day with a short text letting me know how she was doing. Gail and Tom were great. The house looked exactly as it did when we left. We received daily updates. One of our three pets is a more senior dog who required a little more attention and they rose to the task without a complaint.
She thrived while they were here. Absolutely recommend without hesitation.
Gail and Tom were fantastic! They arrived exactly as planned, and kept in communication regularly. They were super great with my dog and she was crazy about them, right after meeting them.
They understood all the little alarms, doors, and lock complexities. When I returned the house was nice and clean. Plants were watered and the garden in good shape.
It was really great to know they were there. It gave me peace of mind and made my trip much more pleasant.
Gail and Tom are great house and dog sitters. They took excellent care of our dog. They took him on many daily walks and hikes, and understood his eating habits. They also kept the house in great order and watered our trees and fed our hummingbirds. They communicated frequently, and we were at complete ease when we were away. We will definitely ask them back.
Tom and Gail were excellent house/pet sitters. They were kind, easy going, communicative during their stay and left our house in perfect condition. They met and exceeded expectations. Our kitties seemed in healthy, great spirits on our return. And I hope they can sit for us again.
Gail and Tom were great house sitters. The pre-sit communication was excellent and they were able to be flexible with our dates on very short notice. I think our house was cleaner when we got home than when we left and our cat was very happy! We really enjoyed meeting them both and would highly recommend them as house sitters.
I would highly recommend Gail and Tom for as pet sitters. I FaceTimed with them and immediately felt comfortable enough to agree to have them sit with our dog. Since this was going to be their first sit through House Sitters America, they didn't have any recommendations on line, so I did ask them if they could get me two and Gail did that immediately.
