We're a non-smoking retired couple who are long-time cat owners but currently pet free and want to travel and care for other's pets. Over the years we have also had rabbits, chickens and a hamster and house sat a gecko.

We have extensively remodeled our 100-year-old rural house ourselves becoming very knowledgeable about wells, septic systems, carpentry, plumbing and electricity. That experience gives us great troubleshooting abilities to properly care for your home.

We cared for dog and a parakeet growing up and of course have friends with dogs but are probably not appropriate for dogs with medical issues or needing firm control,
