I'm a widow and retired teacher and just recently lost my fluff cuddle buddy of 15 years. I'm not ready to stop exploring new places and learning new things. I love nature and science, gardening, reading, and crocheting. I'm very fond of cats, but have cared for dogs, horse, pet rodents, birds, and lizards. My uncle had a small dairy farm and in my teen years I milked cows and fed chickens and pigs. My goal is to use this as an opportunity to see new places while helping someone else in return. I'm in remission from cancer and realize life is too short to watch the world go by.
I will treat your home and pets as if they were my own.
