May I please introduce myself? I am a local Los Angeles-based traveling single middle-aged White male pet/house-sitter with no traditional liabilities of my own: NO children, NO needy pets, and NO spouse. I operate in a solo, autonomous capacity at all times, and I always have my own reliable car with me.. I usually drive to all my agreed-to house-sitting assignments, INCLUDING DRIVING IN MY OWN CAR CROSS-COUNTRY, NO PROBLEM, AND HAVE DONE SO BEFORE MANY TIMES THROUGHOUT THE YEARS, AND WILL MORE THAN LIKELY CONTINUE TO DO SO!

I am available all and any dates, I do have a reliable car, and I possess an excellent sense of navigation all throughout California, the tristate area, and beyond. I do not mind traveling a bit beyond L.A., or even across the entire country again, as I have traveled quite a bit in the past 9 years for various pet/house-sitting assignments, ever since I started in this venture back in the summer of 2015.


I happen to be a self-taught mechanically-skilled and nomenclature-proficient lifetime classic car enthusiast. I am also an honorably-discharged U.S. Army Prior Active-Duty Veteran, with my MOS being 63B, Light-Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, throughout my entire enlistment.

I am able to provide multiple credible, actual house/petsitting-specific references, upon request, relating to assignments done in the past 9 years. I have never been arrested, I have no criminal record, and I am barely a social drinker. I do like to have a cheap glass of some kind of red wine every now and then, for I am a firm believe it is good for the blood, and will help one live longer. I have never smoked, I never had an alcohol or drug problem, and I have never have done any drugs, including marijuana.

I also have a valid Police Clearance Letter in-hand, generically-known in other forums as a "police check", from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, to prove my clean record. I am who I say I am and I am a trust-worthy person of reasonable and sound mind. Lastly: Feel free to review the 6 "excellent endorsements", in the form of clear screenshots, available upon request, from my past 7 years with another major house/pet-sitting website, left by the actual property owners by 6 successfully-completed previous assignments.

IN ANY HOUSE/PET-SITTING ASSIGNMENT I HAVE EVER DONE: I ALWAYS MAKE THE HUMBLE AND REASONABLE REQUEST THAT I HAVE THE ABILITY TO CONSUME WHATEVER FOOD IS AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT, AND THAT I AM NOT BEING COVERTLY AND NEFARIOUSLY-RECORDED IN PRIVATE AREAS, AS IN THE BEDROOM, ANY BATHROOM, OR OTHER PRIVATE AREA.

***One of my very-few lifetime dreams and dire passions would be to secure a paying job as a caretaker or other position on Gardiners Island or in Montauk, New York!! Even a Real Estate position on the far Eastern End of Long Island would be fabulous!***

***Lastly: I would love to have an understanding soul will-to-me one day, or just sign over the title to me, a good-condition and running FINAL REGULAR PRODUCTION YEAR 1986 Rolls Royce Camargue coupe!! YES: I am WELL-AWARE of the *final 12* Special Edition white exterior on red leather-interior-with-white-piping units cranked-out for the 1987 year, essentially left-over 1986 units rebadged as “1987 models”, but those units are so damn rare and esoterically retained-in-secret-custody, that for me, only a 1986 Camargue coupe would ever be possible! THAT IS THE RIDE OF ETERNITY!***
