I`m not a traveler or nomad. I am a perfect Major Domo like a combination of Jonathan Higgins and Magnum if you know "Magnum P.I." My parallel to this I served Military (in my case in Germany). I learned there the highest level of discepline, mental power, being organized and perfect ways of cleaning. After that I became a handscraft Master of electrical installations for Energy Provider in highvoltage transformers. To climb the ladder I did study Financials and get a degree as a Master Consultant in Finance ( comparable to CFP-Certified Financial Planner in the US). Finally I studied on top to graduate as a Master of Business Administration (Montgomery, AL)

Now I sit houses and pets where I can be a benefit. I take care of the biggest treasuries you have: Your house and pets while you away. My dog was my best friend for 14 years on my side.
My most common daily routine while house sitting:
1. Prepare food for pets
2. First walk the dog (if desired)
3.Trading Stocks & Futures for 2 hours for income
4. Gardening, water plants.....(if desired)
5. Cleaning the house
6. To Do`s from house owner (if desired: Service and maintenance, repairs....)
7. Second walk the dog (if desired)
8.Prepare food for pets
9. sometimes a short absent to buy groceries, on sundays 2 hours absent for Church
10.Being present that shows this house is occupied while I work on my Dissertation for PhD.

If you think your house can inspire me to achieve an outstanding grade "Summa Cum Laude" then it would be a win-win-situation.
Consequently I prefer longer sits on valuable houses and dream mansions.
Semi-based in Ft. Lauderdale I am searching local sits (Florida) as well.
