Susan was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She is reliable and responsive; showed up when she said she would and responded to my check in inquiries, sometimes with photos of our fur baby supervising her at the computer. She left our house neat and tidy; sheets and towels laundered. I would recommend Susan for a similar house sit.
