Mercedes did what no one else has - kept my plants alive and thriving - probably because she is much more consistent than I in watering them. Both my plants and Twix benefited from her attention. I was out of the country over three weeks, mostly without internet. But Mercedes kept in touch and took care of everything (even during an abrupt three-hr electrical outage at night). Mercedes is such a great dog sitter! She clearly cares a lot about my pup and treats him very well. I appreciated that she kept me updated with adorable pictures and videos of my dog periodically while I was away. I knew that Moose was in good hands, and it made my vacation that much more relaxing. Moose really enjoys spending time with Mercedes, and even though he can sometimes be high-anxiety, it was clear that he was at ease with Mercedes. I would recommend her as a pet sitter for anyone ... I had an excellent experience with Mercedes! She took great care of my cat and my English bulldog, Moose, while I was away. Moose can be temperamental but he and Mercedes got along wonderfully. I appreciated her communication and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Mercedes again in the future for another sit.

Mercedes was very conscientious about communicating with us right from the start. Although this was her first sit, you'd never know it. She lives about 4 hours from our home but took the time to make the trip to visit the area before our scheduled sit. We were able to meet and became very comfortable with each other right away.
