This is my base/cat sitting rate and not only includes loved and happy pets, but a clean house upon your return! Clean linens on the bed, clean towels in the bathroom, garbage taken out, house plants watered, mail collected & dishes done. And I don't mind doing a bit of gardening for you!

Hello! I am so pleased that we found each other! Because you are trusting me with your furry family member(s) and your home, I expect you would like to know a bit about me.

I am a healthy, lively woman of a certain age and have chosen to house/pet sit as a way to supplement my retirement years. That is why I charge for my time and excellent care! This is not new for me, though in the past it has been a hobby and now it is a business. In addition to the review posted on this site, there are 6 on Care.com (along with a background check) and I can email an additional 4 references. Also, I am fully vaccinated and I am insured.

It would be lovely to curate a clientele in the Denver/Boulder/Front Range area and also Nederland, CO. Wouldn't your pet(s) appreciate having a familiar sitter whenever you leave home? And won't you feel more comfortable having the same house sitter when you vacation or travel for work?

I love a neat home, so you can count on returning to cared for, happy pets and a clean house! And walking is my go to exercise, so your canine(s) will get plenty of exercise if walking brings them pleasure, too.

Kathy is an awesome house sitter. We started with a video call to introduce ourselves and my wife and I immediately liked her. Before we left on our trip she came to our home and we gave her a tour of the house and answered the questions she had.
