Greetings from one animal lover to another!
I have been house sitting successfully since 2018. I am a believer in the Lord, and trust Him to lead me. If we make an agreement, I will honor it, knowing it is exactly where I am supposed to be.
Through house sitting, I am able to help people and explore new places, all at the same time! My goal is to assist you in any way I can: watering plants and gardens, keeping the house clean, bringing in the mail, and most importantly, being loving and attentive to your pets so they don't miss you too much!
I have a car, so I can travel, and I am a non-smoker. I am mature, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, clean, friendly, and humble, LOL I enjoy walks with dogs. I am also a homebody, and spend a lot of time in the house. I will take care of your home and pets with love. Whether you are taking a vacation or going away for work, you can leave with confidence. No worries! I will keep in touch and send pictures while you are away. I am open to talking or video chatting as part of the application process, so you will have peace about leaving your pets in my care. PS I am vaccinated, and have received boosters against covid.

Lee Ann was an excellent house and pet sitter. She arrived just when she aid she would and we went over the written directions I had made for the dogs and goats. The dogs liked her right away and Harley and Tommy slept with her. She contacted me right away when Chloe was not feeling well. She made rice to calm her stomach and by the next day Chloe was feeling better. We sent many text messages back and forth to let me now how things were going. LeeAnn is everything we could ask for in a cat/house sitter. We got daily updates and pictures. MIdnihgt slept with LeeAnn which is a true sign that she felt loved and well taken care of. The house was immactulate and she even made some stew for our return from long travels. We look forward to seeing LeeAnn in January!

We can't say enough good things about LeeAnn. She is the perfect house/cat sitter. The pre-sit communication was excellent, so she was ready to go when she arrived. She communicated with us daily with updates and pictures. Midnight was obviously well taken care of. The house was immaculate when we returned home. She even prepared a lovely soup that was waiting for us when we got home from our travels. It was delicious. We definitely plan to use LeeAnn for our future vacations.

LeeAnn is an amazing house and pet sitter! She was so sweet and super communicative the entire time. She sent me pictures of my kitties during the week and took great care of my house and garden. This was my 3rd time using this service and my first two were not good experiences. So this time I really investigated Leeann having lengthy interviews with her references and ongoing conversations with her. Her references RAVED about her and had already rebooked her. Upon our first video conference, we felt we had met the perfect people to sit at our house. My biggest concern was our dog, Tucker. LeeAnn and Armando were outstanding housesitters for the week we were away. They checked in with photos and messages every day, and did exceptional caretaking of the garden when rains did not materialize as forecast. Zeke the cat warmed to them immediately, and was generally indifferent to our return, having enjoyed their company so much. They left the house cleaner than we did, and it was a joy to return. If there was a word that meant more than outstanding, I would use that to describe this amazing team. My pups are everything to me and they kept me updated with texts and pictures of all 3 of my furbabies. They provided special care for my 13 year old pup who has back leg issues and needs medication. I cannot say enough about having LeeAnn for a petsitter and my two kitties would, no doubt, agree. It was my first exposure to "House Sitters" and she was the experienced, dependable, caring and adaptable sitter I needed to set my mind at ease. No rating LeeAnn was such a pleasure to have in our home to watch over all of the animals, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 10 chickens and a pen full of quail. She also kept my numerous house plants water. So often she would send pictures and messages of how everything was going. Always smooth and in control. We highly recommend LeeAnn as a house sitter. If your lucky enough to find a time when she isn't booked.. My dogs and cats loved her and still miss her. Thanks LeeAnn we are grateful!

No rating LeeAnn sat for us when we traveled to Ireland for 2 weeks (September to October 2019. This was our first experience with a house sitter. We have a golden retriever, 3 indoor cats, an amazon parrot and 2 parakeets. I was a bit nervous about trusting someone to take care of our beloved pets while we were so far away, but after meeting LeeAnn we felt comfortable leaving our pets in her hands.
