Together Mat and I have decades of rental property management, facility management and building repair and maintenance experience. We are safety minded, detail oriented and technically inclined. We manage On-Grid and Off-Grid properties: farms, condominiums, houses, yurts and apartment complexes.

And, we love animals!

Experience with large and small Dogs, Cats, Chickens, Birds, Fish and Goats. We have cared for several pets with special needs: allergies, seizures, arthritis, medicated, IBS, and anxiety. We are Pet CPR/First Aid Certified with the American Red Cross.

Emergency Preparedness trained and certified. Vaccinated and Triple-Boosted. Non-Smokers. Pescatarians. Minimalists. And, we are proud to say throughout our myriad of housesits, we haven't lost a single Roomba in our care...

We are also available for paid house/landscaping/technical projects that can occur during our sit. We are both Independent Contractors/Consultants. All client assignments remain confidential.

Matt and Rachel were wonderful. My dog loved them. They provided regular updates about what was happening at our home. When we got home the house was clean and in perfect condition. Will use them every time we need a house sitter (if they are available). We love them.

Rachel and Matt were terrific! We were able to meet with them before sit and make sure both we and they were comfortable with the details. We could not have asked for a more responsive or responsible couple, Mika and Lili were comfortable with their care and spent an inordinate amount of time lap sitting! The details were attended to with care, the house was left in amazing condition, they restored guest space to same condition as upon arrival, washing sheets and towels, remaking beds, etc. ... MORE
