Hi! We are hoping you will choose us to take care of your home and pets. Although we live in Australia we spend considerable time in the USA each year.. Our 2019 trip to USA was great. We also pet sat in Florida in 2022. We often stay with Travel Club members, and have house/pet sit for other members on three occasions to date, minding cats and dogs (and fish!). We love animals and are happy to do all tasks requested by the owners to keep their valued pets safe and happy.
We are now actively looking for one to two week assignments in 2024 in March and April in Western states.
We recently spent 3 weeks driving around Arizona and enjoyed it immensely. Sadly no pet mindings were able to fit into that vacation.
In 2024 we had two pet sits in the San Francisco area and enjoyed them both.
We are always keen to explore new areas of the USA.
In 2019 we were in USA from April 1 to June 6 and had 3 wonderful pet minding sits.
We are now most interested in pet sits that either have a small car available for short trips, or are in an urban setting with good public transport.
We are both retired Secondary School teachers and have been married for 13 years and lived in Asia and Australia during that time.
Ron built our home here in Australia and is competent at most household maintenance and repairs. Sandar is a meticulous housekeeper.
Ron and Sandar were lovely! They took great care of our puppy and home and were very communicative throughout the stay. It's clear they really enjoy animals and our puppy loved them. I would highly recommend them to others looking for care.

Wow. Ron and Sandar Grant exceeded my expectations. It seems they adjusted quickly to my 3 cats' quirky & sometimes neurotic behaviors and formed a friendly bond with all. They take their 'posts' for their evening meal precisely at 5:30 and the Grants were at the ready with dinner. The plants and flowers were watered and the mail brought in as requested & the house kept super clean. I will not hesitate to have the Grants sit again.
R$on and Sandor were wonderful housesitters for our 2 dogs. They are from Brisbane Australlia and have a rental home in Orlando. They have their own car and drove to Ft. Lauderdale on time and ready to go. Our dogs were walked every day and Ron sent pictures and updates to us every few days. Our house was kept neat and clean. Ron & Sandor are very reliable and I highly reccommend using them as house sitters.
Ron and sandar stayed with our pets, 3 dogs and 1 cat and did a wonderful job. We were in Cananda and we never worried about the animals. One dog has some anxiety and he did very well with them.They took the dogs on long walks everyday. The house was clean when we returned home. I would high recomend them as they are great with animals and their affection for animals was obvious.
